Terms of Service (stub)

By using BLACKRAT you agree to build, publish, and play within these terms. Dev accounts are credit-based (no free dev tier); players are free. You retain ownership of content you create; you grant BLACKRAT a license to host + distribute what you publish.

Privacy Policy (stub)

We store your account (email, role), credit ledger, and the content you publish. Provider API keys are held only server-side and never exposed to your jobs. You may request export or deletion of your data (GDPR/CCPA) — pending the data-deletion flow.

Content Policy (stub)

No CSAM, violent extremism, doxxing, IP/DMCA infringement, or malware. Published games + assets are auto-screened and may be reported; severe categories are hidden pending human review. Repeat violations forfeit the account.

DMCA (stub)

Rights holders may file a takedown via the report flow; counter-notice + repeat- infringer policy to follow. ← back to home
